Just wondering if any of you guys have read this. Looks interesting, but I'm not sure if I would really learn anything special from it. Mostly Pre/Post workout stuff apparently.
 
i've got a copy and looks good for proformance but too many carbs for me trying to slim down
 
It has decent information on base knowledge, I suggest it to many ppl who are new to dieting.
