Hey guys I was wondering if there's any real difference - nutritionally - between the whole light or dark flax seed or is it just how they taste?
Also, do you guys grind your whole flax before eating or just mix it in with your food?
I was wondering the same. But haven't find the answer.
I do grind them before mixing them with my food/shake.
I grind them for shakes but mix them into oatmeal whole.
i like crunching whole flax seeds
