Advice on purchasing a blood pressure monitor...

I was about to purchase a blood pressure monitor but i was wondering if there are any features i should be looking for when buying a monitor. I was told that they are not all accurate. I was going to just go with the cheapest possible, but now im not sure because i want an accurate reading.

Also, do you guys know where i can get a fairly good deal on one? Thanks!
