Can anybody help me?
My Natural testosterone levels are up and down ranging from 4.3nmol/L and 7.7nmol/L.
I'm suffering massively.
My testicles have shrank to almost half their size l i haven't had sex in almost 6 months, never even thought about it.
I'm as week as piss water and can't even motivate myself back i to the gym as i keep injuring myself even with small weights, so I've piled the weight over the last 6 months.
Docs/NHS are saying I'm Within healthy range.
I Demanded to be referred to an endocrinologist but i know i have a battle ahead of me to get anything sorted.
Does anyone know what a true healthy range is and not what the NHS describes as healthy?
Can anybody provide links to research showing the healthy range and not what the NHS classes as healthy?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Are you trying to boost your testosterone naturally through diet and habits or looking for a pharmaceutical solution.

I fast 5 days a week and keep my insulin low and steady to maximize my test, but haven't had it measured. But I feel in my body that it makes a big difference.

Also, HIIT cardio, heavy squatting and deadlifting have been known to release testosterone. But between low carb, fasting, HIIT and lifting it is easy to fall into overtraining. It has taken me a long time to find the right recipe for myself, but I think I'm getting close.

As far as pharmaceuticals and supplements, I'm not the guy to talk to.

Thanks for the reply.
I was intermittent fasting before my levels dropped and had a half decent diet, but then my body just seemed to nose dive for no reason.
I'm looking for info on what research papers say should be the average healthy male level of testosterone because I'm going to a specialist who's bound by budget cuts and masters to please rather then try and give me the help i am after.
Basically TRT.
I've had these dips and crashes since 30 onwards but was always told you're just above low etc yet my entire life is just ebbing away from.
I'm now considering if the docs draws a blank just buying my own test and injecting but why the hell Should i pay for it when i pay a fortune in taxes etc to have the NHS do just that?

Please share a bit of your history...
How was your past 6 months vs the 6 before them ? Changed work ? Sleep habits ? Any depressing episode? ....

Did you take any cycle in the past ?

Can you share your endocrine panel results?

Hi Sareea.
I've had what i can only describe as ok periods and Crashes since i was about 30.
I have an under active thyroid and I'm taking 125mcg and 30mg of Citalopram.
Through the years the doctor's blamed my depression periods on my thyroid but nothing ever got better.
My lethargy basically helped end my first marriage and it's on its way to ruining my new relationship.
Not had sex for almost 6 months and my partner has accused me of having an affair or not been in love with her when it's neither.
My sleep over the last 12 months my sleep has gradually got worse and most nights I'm now living off 4 to 5hrs a night.
Also my testicles have shrank by almost half.
I've been forwarded to an endocrinologist but i know i have an uphill battle to get anything done.
5 years ago i get testosterone checked it was 13.4 and I felt terrible then, the range used to be between 10 to 30 and now it's between 4.3 and 7.7 and the range is 6.6 to 26.5.
Right now i don't feel human I'm merely existing.
I've never used steroids.
I have used HGH which was after the first time i had test levels checked and docs refused to help and only for 10 days.
Otherwise only used creatine and Protein.
Hope this helps?.
Thanks for the reply.

A good doctor (I suggest trying a urologist and paying out of pocket for an appointment if necessary) should treat you with your levels and symptoms.
In the meantime, KSM-66 Ashwaghanda has been shown to boost test levels by about 100 ng/dl which is decent. I would suggest taking KSM-66, Zinc Picolinate 30mg/day, Longjack 100:1 4-800mg/day, and l-carnitine-l-tartrate 3-5g/day. The first 3 are shown to help increase testosterone, and LCLT has shown to help relieve some symptoms of hypogonadism such as poor mood, energy, and erectile issues.

I have low testosterone due to past AAS use, and I am feeling better with a regimen of the above though have not yet gotten blood tests. Sorry to hear your situation, you are clearly miserable in your post and you need to get treated by a competent doctor.

You're right.
Basically I'm going to see this Endocrinologist and if he says he won't do anything basically going to say "Ok I'll self medicate from the Black Market and then you can spend a ton of money treating whatever problems i get from them or save money now and Provide with the help i need."
I'll probably just upset him and he'll tell me to do one but then I'll probably lose the plot and shove his head up his arse. Lol.
Life's just dog turd at the moment so i tend to lose my temper very quickly and over useless stuff.

Bro, i have exactly the same idea... i will see a different endo, but of course, if he doesn't medicate me i will be do by myself in the not so legal way lol. It's kinda sad in my opinion, beacuse they easly prescrive other meds that are far more dangerous than a TRT..

Try SUP3R PCT or Anabolic Triad. The Mucuna pruriens will push human growth hormone, Bulbine natalensis raises testosterone and Fadogia Agrestis should give you strength to say. If all fails talk to your doc about HCG. Have you tried iodine for your thyroid btw?

Yes you're right there.
I think they enjoy ramming you full of crap that'll cause other problems to keep you on the big Pharma merry-go-round.
Well fingers crossed we both get sorted.
I'll keep you up to date with how things go.

I'll have to look them up and have a look, thanks.
I've only tried Iodine on and off, i really should run a long course to see if it gets any better.
Naive i know but what's HCG?

Yes mate keep updating! btw HCG is an hormone produced by pregnant women, it mimics LH by stimulating gonads ( in pregnant women stimulates ovarian to produce Estrogens, in men stimulates Testicles to produce Test ). It's used as part of TRT or in an Anabolics steroid cycle :)
