Background:
Im looking to gain mass with a clean diet, training 6 days a week
Im 20 years old, just under 6ft, and at around 175 lbs right now (12% bodyfat)

I'm relatively new to lifting, started in april and went from 145 lbs (9%) to 175 training inconsistently with a half assed diet
I've done fairly well at keeping the fat off on a big surplus so I figure I dont gain fat easily

Supplements im going to be using are: omega's, a multi, creatine, bcaa's

This is what my diet looks like

9:00: Meal 1
2 large Eggs
1 slice of ezekiel bread
20 grams of filet americain
1 cup of skim milk
100 grams of oatmeal

12:00: Meal 2
100 grams farfalle pasta
100 grams of raw salmon
1 table spoon natural salad dressing

15:00: Meal 3
120 grams of white rice
100 grams of chicken breast
100 grams of avocado

17:00 WORKOUT

19:00: Meal 4
1,5 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop PES Select protein
1 banana

20:00 Meal 5
500 grams of sweet potatoes
150 grams of chicken
200 grams of brocolli

23:00 Meal 6
250 grams of greek yoghurt 0% fat
200 grams of blueberry's
2 softgels nordic naturals omega 3's

425g carbs / 225g protein / 75g fat
(70g sugar / 30g fiber)
Total: 3275 calories

Am I good with this? More carbs? More fats?

It looks pretty good to me, but you could raise fats and decrease carbs. 1g of fat is equivalent to 9 kcal.Up to you

Also I might start ArA a couple months in
Would I need to raise calories?

Not initially. If your happy with your progress and what the mirror reflects, then no. If you hit a plateau, then you could. Diet looks good by the way.

Alphamax was the first supplement I been on by the way, gave me some great gains!
Still have a tub of fitmax laying around
Might give it another run next year, any deals out there?

None that I know of right now. We are giving away a free tub of our pre workout Hypermax though in the company promotion section of the forum. Tomorrow morning is that last day for entries. Go check it out! I would also be on the lookout for Alphamax deals in the coming weeks with cyber Monday about three weeks away.

Depends,
if you are gaining weight too fast during the week.. then slow it down.
Adjust yourself according to trial & error because no one can estimate your macros for you.

If bulking I go with less fats and more carbs. Vice versa if I'm cutting. With protein being steadily at 1g per lb. sns xgels are at a great price if looking for ArA.

I would say try this diet out for a week or two and adjust to whatever happens. If your gaining too much fat and weight you might have to lower fats and carbs. I think your protein is good. If you have a really high metabolism your carbs might be fine. If your not gaining then increase carbs. Try keeping your fats where they are at right now and then you might want to lower alittle.

Ditch the diet altogether.

You're 20, 6 ft and 175, there is no reason that you are forcing yourself to eat such a strict diet. Track your calories to get yourself a surplus make sure you take in enough protein and eat food. You are too young and have too much growing to do, to be forcing yourself to eat such a plain bland diet. Now is the time you should be enjoying food.

In short, scrap the diet, eat to get big.

Oh and stop working out six times a week

Oh, oh, oh, don't use any supps than the ones you already have.

And eat ice cream
