Input on my diet

As I stated earlier I have been dieting for the past 15 weeks doing mostly low carb/ high fat and protein. I have lost almost 30 pounds doing 2000 jump ropes a day in increments plus my weight training which is intense as well. For the past 3 weeks I have been doin a 6 day carb deplete with a 7th day refeed. My weight lose as slowed down pretty good, I'm only down a pound from last week. My question is has my metabolism stalled due to the carb deplete? Should I do 1 week of high carb or basically 1 week of kinda a bulk diet to speed it back up?? Im lost at what to do. I don't wanna increase calories for a week and risk fat gain but i have heard carb depleting for long periods of time slow metabolic rates down even with a refeed day. My bottom 2 abs are all I'm lacking. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
