Best source/place to get MCT oil

I've been using EVOO for everything. I would like to start using MCT oil. Are there different kinds, better quality/lesser quality ? Can I buy it at Walmart/local grocery store ? Can you cook with it or just drizzle some over foods ?

Yes. Look for virgin cold pressed coconut oil

Well coconut oil does contain medium chain triglycerides, it's not all mct. You can buy coconut oil anywhere Google takes you. For pure mct oil, I use now foods.

You can buy just straight up MCT if you want.

Yes, Yes, and yes again! I love coconut oil in my coffee. I do it bullet proof style. Half grassfed butter, half coconut oil. I blend it with a hand blender until frothy. Better than starbucks.
