We all know bodybuilding is about staying consistent.. For me at least, its 20x easier to stay consistent with diet when everything is prepped ahead of time.. One day out of the week i cook all my food for the week excluding breakfast. I keep it simple meat carbs and greens and add some fats here and there..Here my meals for the next 5 days. Lets see how well everyone else is set up for success
