For all you skinny guys eat this a few times a week,I guarantee you will put on some weight...
1 c whole wheat pasta
6 oz lean beef
2 oz turkey sausage
1/2 c green bell pepper
1/2 c mushrooms
Some mozzarella cheese for flavor
pwo snack? this is a post workout meal, actually smaller than usual.

@cumminslifter, that's an awfully high ratio of carbrotein in that there meal.
