For all you skinny guys eat this a few times a week,I guarantee you will put on some weight...

1 c whole wheat pasta
6 oz lean beef
2 oz turkey sausage
1/2 c green bell pepper
1/2 c mushrooms
Some mozzarella cheese for flavor
Boom!!!!

yes sir lol, that was my first ever IF meal, 3 years ago, meals are bigger now
I may go back to IF, miss eating almost whatever the hell i want (within reason)

from about 2-10pm, 10g bcaa pre, I workout from 12.30-1.30 usually

Spinach kale brown rice lean turkey or chicken and fresh made pico de giyo (spelling?) very refreshing after being hot lifting.

I'm loving all these recipes. ..those chicken and steak strips look bomb...how did you make those potatoes wedges....

Looks good. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess you're not a hardgainer.
cumminslifter, that's an awfully high ratio of carb:protein in that there meal.

@cumminslifter, that's an awfully high ratio of carb:protein in that there meal.
I eat 2 meals a day each one roughly 40g fat 160g carb and 120g protein

I eat five meals a day and my body responds to alot of carbs for my size.
