I'm 20 weeks out from my first Physique Competition and trying to figure out a diet that's good for physique. I do not want to buy any meal plans lol so don't try to sell me them. Just curious if anyone could just send me one via email? or tell me what I should be eating.. and not eating.

I might have something that would help. It helped me cut a lot last summer. It was designed for me by a competitor. Not sure if would work but doesn't hurt. Shoot me a pm and ill email it
