I need advice, my cutting program requires 8 meals a day, every meal a lean meat complex carb and green veggie, no milk or bread products. To maintain muscle I need to keep my calories around 3500. The only thing I'm concerned with is having to much protein and effecting my liver. Typically on my diet I'm gettin around 400g a day protein. If I cut down my protein my calories will drop. Any advice??
