fat vs sugar

Hi,
I'm on a diet to have my abs popping out (so cut back on % fat).
Once a week I have my treat: a regular cup of cappuccino.
Now, which choice is less harmful for my final goal:

1) cappuccino whose milk that has (per cup) 2,8 g fat and 5 g of sugar
Or
2) cappuccino whose milk that has (per cup) 0,3 g fat and 12 g of sugar

Doesn't matter as long as each would fit into your macros. Though sugar would have an insulogenic effect and be worse for you as you are trying to drop weight, but in the scenario you are providing the difference of 7g of sugar once per week will literally have no visible effect one way or another

It'll basically be the same. No real material difference.

I'm still stuck on the fact you have awesome dedication to your diet plan to only have this cappuccino as your only cheat! ugh! Im so jealous! ha! But i'd definitely ignore the details and just go for taste! The one time during the week where you are purely consuming food for satisfaction and emotional healing to continue pushing through to your goal. Which one taste better? The one with more fat? or the one with more sugar? Which one is more satisfying to you? And which one do you feel better with after finishing? Meaning, no guilt or regrets when you finish.
