What are some of your biggest fitness goals you've accomplished this year?

Personal, not too much to write home about: squatted 2x body weight, improved horizontal and vertical jump, shaved a second off my 100m, maintained 6-7 %bf.
Professional accomplishments in the fitness field I'm a more proud of...
cleaned up my diet a ton, focused more on form>weight with my main lifts, helped my girlfriend jump into the world of fitness
Got to 225, got into gear (powerlifting gear).

Gained 15 pounds. All my lifts have gone up a substantial amount. My squat is the most impressive going from 315 to 405. Can't wait to see what happens next year!
