protein question

Whey is a complete protein. BCAA's have only three amino acids (parts from which proteins are built from), L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. BCAA's are anticatabolic and whey is anabolic. This is my understanding of those supplements. Everybody else, please correct mistakes and fill blanks if needed :)

They're both anabolic and have their own uses. As already said, whey is a complete protein unlike BCAAs and makes it more suitable as a protein source for a meal.
