hi guys, i have been doing a timed carb diet for about 4 weeks now and have seen some good results.
I was just wanting your oppinions on what health implications there could be from doing it for a long period of time and if there are, what sort of time scale would be recommended?*
I try to take in as many good fats as poss but obv some bad fats do find there way in
I am consuming approx 146g fat and 220g protein per day, around 2200 cals.
I have a 60g dex shake pwo and a porridge oats and protein shake ppwo which contains 60g carbs and 44g
When i started i was carbing up 2 days a week but i am now just carbing up 1 day a week.
