Personally I'm not a bologna fan but fried catfish is one for me too. I'd have to add fried shrimp,chicken fried steak, fried chicken and pretty much anything cajun, especially fried boudain with the cracklin's. I've never seen a physique friendly cajun dish. Also hush puppies, potato salad and pecan pie.

Man if I'm bulking I'll have up to 2 cheat meals a week...if you want them both to be pizza then go for it...pizza is loaded with protein...if I'm trying to stay lean then I have one cheat a week, usually sat....so pizza once a week,unless I make a healthier pizza, then I wouldn't count that as a cheat...but imo if you aren't competing then enjoy some real food every now and then....just in moderation...Originally Posted by Benjamin1

Went to applebees and ordered the 2 for 20 for myself. 6 boneless wings, 2 9oz steaks with 2 servings of broccoli and 2 potatoes. I managed to eat all but one potato
Still feeling that meal, it was 5 hours ago. I just thought hmmm that's a good deal.
