  4. My favorite cheat meal has to be qdoba or chipotle burritos. I could literally eat them every damn day and not get tired of them.

    Qdoba has brown rice (guessing chipotle would too)and if you go with the burrito bowl and skip out or go light on the sour cream and cheese then your good

    Ya i know ,I was backing you on that by talking about the delicious healthy options available ;-)

    its nice to see them actually grilling chicken there rather then getting chicken in a bag that's pre cooked and cut then steamed.

    a Chinese entree + ice cream = something not so easy to track and well over your kcals (the point of a cheat meal) its supposed to be uncounted and something off your normal diet. a Chipolte is not really a cheat considering its #1 overpriced and 2 you can get some decent stuff, but loaded as all hell with sodium.

  13. I go with chicken or steak fajita, white rice, flour tortilla, sour cream and cheese. Not the worst thing for you.

    Not a major fan of wings, they go down so fast and you can eat boatloads of them. haha i have done 50+ with ease

    Haha damn, I'm good for about 30-35 and a basket of fries. They are tasty little guys, that is for damn sure.

    True true , the do salt the hell outa that chicken and I never walk outa there for under 10-12$. I only use it as my last option in a rush. I make those ****ers give me two scoops of chicken though since it cost so much.

    50 is nothing, i can eat 10-18 in a heart beat. it takes honestly 2 bites for a chicken wing to clean it clear.

  20. Yeah my wing cheat day is more of a savor the flavor and enjoy type deal. I get my wings naked with sauce on side as well as ranch and I dip and bite, about 4 bites for me to clean the bone and enjoy it. 12 wings eatin slow and a couple tall beers and that's at right about 1500 calories and a good amount of grease. Gets my nut off without feeling like **** the next day and I walk away satisfied.. Can I eat more? Of course, but everytime I do that my ass pays for it big time and so does my toilet. Honestly, to me, going out for wings and beer is more appealing not to mention cheaper then a dinner at a good steak house.
