The PB Fudge is sick! its a peanut butter / fudge core
    PB and Chocolate Ice Cream
little mini reese cups thrown in

Oooooooo I've had fudge brownie but never saw apple pie! Sounds promising!!

I'll grab the pb one next time, I just didn't like the caramel one. For salted caramel I'll go with 2nd street!

    Yes Sir Copper Kettle Caramel

the Apple Pie from talenti people are comparing the base to Ben & Jerry's Cinnamon Buns with a mix of Apple/Caramel in it Which sounds promising.

Jameson stew, one with lamb one pork
Home baked Irish Soda Bread & butter
    Mashed potatoes
Guinness cake and Guinness fudge brownies
    Guinness pot roast
    My favourite; family recipe Coddle.

    And Guinness, naturally.

Once every two weeks I have an all out food fest from dinner to bedtime and have whatever I want and as much as I want. The other 13 days my diet and training are tight as hell. I've never been leaner, I feel good, and I know I'm never more than 13 days away from whatever it might be I get a craving for. Also keeps my metabolism going strong. I do retain a crap ton of water after the cheat day but it falls off totally in 2-3 days max.

I never used to do this and would go months between cheats and then theyd last for days. I'm happy to have learned this bit about successful diet management from you Bob!! Its helped me achieve a new level in my physique that just hadn't been possible with how I was doing things before.

Good point, the mental/psychological benefits of knowing a cheat meal is on the horizon are great. Just think of the cheat as a kind if reward for your hard work and it can help keep you sane.

After St. Pat's massive cheat meal I'm on a similar schedule now, doubling the time between cheat meals and on the now skipped cheat day I will carb cycle (double my carbs, drop fats, maintain calories) for that day.

Im not a fan of a cheat day, thats more of a disaster than one single meal
People who go a whole day eating junk it not only sets them back a few days sometimes a week because of the surplus it causes, one meal, get it over with, and move on

    No harm no foul.
