    Rice and Arsenic


    What does everyone think on this? Read a few articles and just curious what people think.

    I has issues about 2 months ago where my only carb source was a half a box of minute rice to a box of minute ice per day.

    I thought it was sulfites causing my sore throat. I stopped eating the rice and the next day my throat was better

    It took about 2 weeks of me eating it till it became a huge problem where I couldnt swallow

    It was the only thing that was new in the diet and it was an excessive amount

    That's crazy. Never heard of that but glad you figured out what it was. I didn't even really know anything about this till a friend just told me so I looked it up and read a little on it.

    Yea I didn't know until I remembered sulfites and web researching I saw arsenic I was like fml I'm going to die

    Haha that's funny. Ya when my friend told me I was like.. I'm screwed and going to die cause I eat rice like a boss.
