It will be fine. I think it is important to have a cheat meal once every week or two. Just for a mental break from the strict diet the other 90% of the time.

DO NOT EAT IT!!!!!! J/Kidding!! Has anyone ever tried making a pizza with a cauliflower crust?? I've seen the recipe and it sounds like a good alternative to regular pizza if your watching your carbs

Haha well i usually have my cheat meal on sat while watching college football, but couldnt resist a free supreme pizza...hmm ill have to try that recipie, sounds good...i usually cook homemade pizza with wheat crust,mushrooms, peppers, turkey pepperoni, chicken, and turkey sauage, low fat cheese, homemade sauce.....
