Ok well I'm 198 pds...10 perc body fat...
Ive been really strict on diet lately and was just wondering everyones input on this food plan...
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 6 whites, reduced fat cheese. 1 cup oats. ( sometimes turkey,green pepper omelet)
Meal 2- 6 oz lean meat, sweet or baked potatoe, brocoli
Meal 3- 2 pieces grilled tilapia, 1 cup brocoli
Post workout- whey protein in milk, granola bar
Meal 4- steak, pasta or potatoe, and green beans
Meal 5- 1 cup cottage cheese ( before bed)
