Health and Nutrition Books

Today I went looking for a new book to read after finishing Moonwalking with Einstein (I recommend it, very well done) with the mind to get something in regards to nutrition/diet.

I found The Vegetarian Myth and got real excited. I spent the rest of my lunch break reading the first couple chapters and starting to think it's more of an activist rant than quality reading. Has anyone read this yet? I'm thinking to return it and get something better but looking for suggestions.

Right now I'm reading something off direction as recommended by a friend called The Divided Mind by Dr Sarno. NO, haven't read anything by Taubes.
