Im in contest prep mode now (7 weeks out). Coach just had me switch to fish, he prefers tilapia, but i recently found out that Swai's nutrional facts did not look much different. Does anyone have any pointers or preferences of the two? One fishy'er tasting that the other? Is one better for you than the other?

I hate swai. Flounder did well for me but its smelly.
