Carb loading/ sleep/ hydration tips?

I'm going to be going through a week of .. "hell" let's just say in 2 weeks.. I'll be getting next to no sleep , fed minimal , and rationed water.. Ill be stopping all my physical training a week out - question is what exactly should I be eating the week off , how much water do you guys suggest , and should I do the basic 7-8 hours of sleep per night ? Or try to get my body used to waking up earlier ? Any help is much appreciated - thanks guys
