Can pursuing Veganism be an effective diet for muscle gains?

You can get gains off of any diet if you get the protien and calories. I would never choose vegan though.for me that is an UN realistic diet.

I think you can..It's tough but everything is possible.
Make a diet plan... Add exercises and you are set..
You can always add some of your protein by supplements.

There are no ethical reasons for it nor are there any health reason or science based reasons for it. The only real acceptable reason is religion and that is because rationality does not exist within the realms of religion

I didn't say I agree with the ethical reasons I just said that I understand them. Animal lovers and PETA members etc.
