Hey guys.read up on a article abour frank zane's opinion bout vitamin B1 to get muscular,but its gotta be in proper dosage to reap benefits.
Whats your thoughts? Also how much a day u reckon? Normal vitamin-B has roughly 50-100mg of thiamine (B1) per tablet.
Will that be enough?
