    The basics of the macro-nutrients

Knowledge is an important aspect of gaining weight especially if you are a beginner. that knowledge will help you decide which food your body needs. Besides Ratios and calories having a good method is certainly the key to achieve the physic you ever wanted. This goal requires a hard work; you will not achieve it by setting in front of your laptop or setting on your couch. A well organized plan will be your guidance through your everyday weight training and exercises as well. Genetics, type of exercises, and diet are the main factors that will guarantee whether or not you will gain muscle mass. You might be told that nutrition is the only factor behind any bodybuilder, to some extent it is true but other factors are of great importance for anyone one who wants to build a complete lean body.
    .
The understanding of macro-nutrients is very important, because it will give you an idea about what your body needs, and also to make the right choices concerning types of proteins, carbs and fats. Marco-nutrients are converted mainly into energy to use them while working out.

    Proteins

Proteins are highly obligatory for our diet, protein is made up of 20 amino acids. There are also other amino acids which are essential under certain conditions and or populations. Generally amino acids are the structural unit of a protein. However, many fitness models tend to focus more on the effect that protein has on their skeletal muscle. In other words high protein is recommended if not important to maintain a lean muscle mass especially for athletes.

This is a great article. I like how they highlighted the protein info in this one. IT really helps explain to people why its so necessary for us to maintain our current figure or to bulk up or cut etc. One thing I would add to this is complex carbs. They are harder for the body to breakdown so they are good for long-lasting energy.
