hey guys i know some of you have had these as a problem. what is the fastest way to get rid of these. its holding me back, cant hardly do squats deadlifts sometimes running is a problem. so im looking for the fastest way to get rid of them. ive looked online but getting advice from someone who has had the same problem and is weight training and bodybuilder would be preferred.
