General system cleansers, how often?

Haven't been feeling quite right and noticed some system back up. I also feel that my metabolism a bit sluggish and not getting everything out of my nutrition. It's been a good 8-10 months since I did any kind of system cleanse maybe its time for another go.

How often should you purge the GI? Has anyone had a negative experience with maybe doing it too frequently? And what triggers you to go for a cleanse (like, certain times of years or after certain stages).

It hasn't been too long since I used ReNew Life's Power Cleanse. Which is fantastic and I highly recommend it. But I'm feeling that I could benefit from another short detox and wondering if too frequent or soon would have negative repercussions. Thanks for that though.
