I'm on vacation this week and I know my nutrition is not going to be nearly as on point as when I'm home.
I'll be lucky to get three meals a day.
I'm around 197 pounds. What would some of you recommend to ensure minimal muscle loss? What sort of protein intake should I shoot for?
