I am still half asleep when I get to the gym. Warm ups feel heavy but by the time I hit working sets its on.
The only time I feel like going to the gym and pounding weights is when I leave work at midnight. Gyms not open. Grr. That's when the dogs get their cardio... During my run.

Probably would be a good idea to implement some warm up activities if you feel like that at the start. 10 to 15 minutes on the treadmill or stepmill gives me enough time to get warm up and check in mentally.
I tend to feel the same way at the start of a session. The warm up "laps" have helped me a lot.

Thought it was just me too!Im almost overtrained im thinking about to take a few weeks off soon.But use to be a energy ball before,during,after now it takes all i got to get started,though it,then though the day now.Im shot!4+yrs with only 2 weeks off and not even in a row will do it to a guy!Only now started to have cheat meals to boot.Actually doesnt help to much mybe alittle less stress from constintly eating clean(over 4yrs).still dont cheat over the top to much fear of gaining fat and self-control i guess.
