I made a thread in the supplement section about PeptoPro pre workout and I've been looking into trying IF/Lean Gains strategy and I'm thinking that PeptoPro could be great with the fasting protocol. In his morning protocol he recommends 10g of BCAA's pre (fasted) workout and 10g of BCAA's post workout + 10g of BCAA's 2 hours later. I've always been a fan of intact AA's over free form and PeptoPro is a complete protein w/all the other aminos and contains a lot of Di and Tri Peptides.

For those of you using the IF/Lean Gains protocol do you take anything preworkout like BCAA's that Marin recommends?
