What is the main goal with this? Carbs post workout and no carbs pre?

Yes and no...its meant to be simple carbs building up the carb amount up to a biggest amount of simple carbs pre-bed to generate a HUGE insulin spike at night , then a 12 hour fast , then go the day with fats/protein and after workout go for protein and simple carbs...so if you had around 50g of carbs after your workout then you have like 70 on the next meal , then 90 , an then like 150 on the last one...simple carbs though...and keep fats down then...
