Wondering if anyone on here supplements with magnesium. I use a transdermal mg spray after workouts which helps with muscle soreness if I'm doing brutal kettlebell workouts...but I have yet to try taking capsules, as I've heard it can have a serious laxative effect.

I use the spray maybe 1-2x per month.

I would love to hear experiences, results, etc. from anyone who takes a capsule or tablet form of magnesium.
