Ok im 19, 5'11", 170lbs. Im probably at around 14% BF. Im trying to cut up a little to see my abs and put on some muscle. Heres me usually diet plan:
Meal 1: Whole wheat bagel or english muffin, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, slice of mozzarella cheese, and a cup of skim milk.
Meal 2: Chicken breast with salad and a little balsamic vinaigrette.
Meal 3: About 6-8oz of lean ground beef with mozzarella cheese and mixed veggies.
Meal 4: Post-Workout Shake - (cup of skim milk, scoop of protein).
Meal 5: Chicken breast or 10-12oz steak with salad and balsamic vinaigrette or mixed veggies.
Sometimes ill snack on some mini cheese babbles or oatmeal or peanuts if I'm hungry.
Take a multi and 3g fish oil everyday.
My cheat meal every few days is usually a burrito from chipotle (chicken, brown rice, black beans, corn, sour cream, cheese).
