I have been using Scoobys Workshop carb cycling plan for the past 2 1/2 weeks and have seen somewhat decent results. For anyone unaware of this carb cycling plan,it is 6 meals a day, with 3 low carb days (180g) followed by one high carb day (366g). Main carb sources come from frozen veggies, oatmeal, and shredded wheat cereal.

I plan on running Havoc/Epistane @ 30/30/40/40/50. My goals are to lose 1-2% bodyfat while gaining muscle. Would it be worth it to keep with this carb cycling plan, or would it be better to stick to a normal 40/40/20 diet? I tried to do research on here and other forums, but couldn't find really any information regarding carb cycling and anabolics.
