Hey guys im just starting my h drol cycle, main goal here is muscle maintenance/fat loss, however if im much closer to my BF goals than i initially thought I would be at this point, so Id like to put on some mass as well. I've cycled a few times befor but never attempted a "recomp" they were either all out bulks or all out cuts (see my epi/cyano keto cut log i did about a year ago). I've been doing a lot of research and the most logical approach i've come up with is to either stay at (or a few hundo above) maintenance with moderate cardio (maybe HIIT 2-3 days a week?) or carb cycling, also with moderate cardio. Im not worried about the number on the scale, i will judge progress off of strength/mirror. I just wanted to drop by and see what experience/advice you guys could share.
