You need to first figure out what your maintenance level should be.
Then you decrease 500 calories from that. It will all depend on the lean mass you currently have as well as activity level.Androhard + Andromass Log

Sorry, that is indeed, I for some reason thought he was talking about losing weight.
Recomp I would suggest some cycling, based on workout days and non workout days. Go +20 on workout days, -20 on non workout days / cardio days. Eat around the time you are working out.

I would go between 10-20% over maintenance on workout days and 20% below maintenance on non-workout days
