What is there to it? you add fruite of choice, protein powder, water or milk in a blender and done.

Didn't know if anyone knew of any fat loss or digestive health ingredients that they threw into their smoothies

For fat loss you really just have to keep the calories lower. So use skim milk instead of full milk etc.
