What do you guy's eat on a cheat meal?

When i was/do mine might be alittle different then others but i go with a higher fat,type of meal(fattier meats/fish)use alittle butter/cheese spread and keep carbs on the lower side(50g)and eat more veggies,but also my meal plan is not low carb or that low in fat so i dont really have cravings/or overendulge needs.


Mainly its a chance to eat different foods which seems to reset my system enough.
