good morning . looking for a good site to set up a nutrition outline . 5-6 150 lbs work out 3 to 4 days (lifting) cardio 1-2 days 30 to 45 min . goal is strength and lean body mass gains .. needing apx 200 grams grams protien and apx 2500 total calories i am estimating . need some ideas for good protien intake besides about 65 grams from protien drink like a said a good nutritional outline is what i need help with thank you for your imput
