I really enjoy the menu I'm available to get with a Keto diet, but I'm kinda intrigued by the IF proposition, would it be feasible to combine the two?
Has anyone done anything in the lines successfully? I guess I could carb cycle, but that kinda restrains the amount of free fat I can intake on my off days.
Any thoughts?
