It is Icelandic style "Skyr" yogurt with similar nutrition to greek but it is much much thicker. I have been eating two of these a day instead of just doing a protein shake. I get the plain and mix a quarter scoop of vanilla or strawberry bananna whey for flavor. Their flavored stuff is awesome stand-alone as well. Go to skyr dot com (I can't post links yet because of my thread count) for the nutritional info but plain is 80 total cals, 15g protein 5g carbs. With the whey I add for flavor it comes up to around 100 cals, 20g protein and 6 carbs.
