Hey all, Im gone be running a cycle of Epistane this winter break but thats a different story.

Heres the thing, since I will be on winter break, I don't have to eat turkey sandwiches and wraps all day. Can someone give me input to a nice meal plan? I was thinkings cooling chicken breast with brown rice but what about other days? FYI I need to eat clean and lean! Thank you.

Everyday I eat a protein shake in the morning with a banana. (my breakfast)
If I don't have class in the morning Ill make an egg, turkey, flatbread.

Lunch turkey sandwich or turkey wrap.

between lunch and dinner a I usually eat a fiber one bar and if I;m hungry enough Ill make another turkey wrap.
