Ok so not sure if I should be posting this here but I am going to start amature cagefighting and am looking for a good athletic diet any ideas
Thats kind of a vague question. What are your stats? What does your training consist of? Are you looking to gain muscle or lose fat? What do you want in the way of a "diet"? "Eat this and not that" type of a diet? Or a calorie intake with macro ratios?
