Anyone ever hear of a derma roller for stretch marks?

I'm like kind of desperate because even though I am loosing fat and gaining muscle, I'm still getting stretch marks. In fact I get them way more with muscle gains than with fat gains. I read stretch marks are genetic...great another thing that my genetics have messed up for me.
