What would happen in terms of strength gain, muscle gain, and fat loss if i ate at maintenance calories throughout the duration of a m-drol based cycle?
youd get more of a recomp type effect, some muslce gain and weight gain and some fat loss. If your wanting to get more of a recomp type effect with good strength and not so explosive weight gains i think youd to much better just eating at around 300 or so over though just to really take advantage of the effects of the mdrol
