    am i eating enough?


    Hi Guys

    Just want to no if you think im eating enough for a lean(ish) bulk.
    I 'm 5'7 and weigh 70kg, %9 bf
    I dont eat the same things day in day out but try keep the basics like chicken eggs and oats in there.

    meal 1 : 2 whole eggs, 5 slice of wholemeal bread, 1tbl peanut butter, 4g fish oil.
    snack: 2 carrots ,1tbl homus
    meal 2: 2 whole eggs, 2 slices wholemeal bread, 1tsp mayo, can of nurishment ( 500ml enriched choclotae milk), 1 banana
    pre w/o: 2scoop recover pro, 1 scoop mesomorph
    post: 2scoop recover pro, 2 bananas, 250ml mix berry smoothie.
    meal 3: 500g natural low fat yogurt, 1 apple, 50g hazelnuts.
    snack: 22 garlic stuffed green olives 40g hazel nuts
    meal 4: 1 cup oats, 1pint whole milk. 1 chciken breast. 2 kiwis

    I drink 4litres of water daily


    this is what i had yesterday, most days meal 2 would be chicken/beef or pork with 1 cup of rice and veggies.

    We cannot tell you if you eat enough. The scale can. Weigh yourself once a week (same day every week), first thing in the morning after urination. Adjust amount of food according to result.

    Eat more chix. Fish and eggs. Where's the oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoe? Dnt be afraid to eat especially if u train hard, u will het nowhere....

    In a word.......no!!! I'm not a fan of snacking between meals!! Just get a good meal in every 2 hrs instead of pretty pointless snacks in between!!

    Adjust it to the following
    40% lean protein
    40% conplex carb
