    string cheese when leaning out... good idea?


    I just discovered a carb free string mozarella cheese with 8grms protein. Its pretty tasty. Is it a lean food? Or is there some chemical/ingredient in it that would make someone leaning out stay away from it? Also its 3.5 fat and 2.5 sat is it to be used in a healthy fat/protein meal?

    It should be totally fine as long as it fits into your macros of your diet. Remember the sodium it has as well...a friend of mine is a wnbf/Nga pro and he has stopped eating as much meat. He relied a lot on string cheese during his contest diet and he comes in shredded so I think it's safe to say NO PROB
    My goal as a natural bodybuilder is to improve constantly, and win my pro card, while making an increasing amount of people doubt that I'm natural ;)

    I go through two or three bags a week with me and the wife. We both are doing keto and it works great for us. Like said above, if it fits your requirements, have at it.
