I have planned some nutritional food stuff for me which I want to share with you:

homemade smoothies made with milk, soy milk or yogurt and fruit or fruit juice
low fat cheese and crackers
carbohydrate based energy bars and granola bars
yogurt and fruit
whole grain bagel or bread with nut butter

This is compulsory and I am eating two time lunch and dinner and prefer fish as essential part of my meal.Beef and chicken are good so.Please share your ideas.
